Technology Executive and Director of Information Technology with 21 years of experience leading enterprise technology, AI transformation, fintech platforms, and large-scale digital initiatives across global organizations.
Currently leading the global IT strategy at PaneraTech, reporting directly to the CEO. My focus is building scalable enterprise technology capabilities, modernizing business systems, driving AI adoption, and enabling business transformation through intelligent automation, enterprise integration, and data-driven decision making.
Previously, I operated at group level at Mobven, reporting directly to the COO, with end-to-end accountability for enterprise delivery governance, multi-program portfolio execution, and project-level P&L ownership. I led engineering organizations of more than 60 technical professionals delivering complex enterprise portfolios and multi-million-dollar programs while serving as the executive bridge between enterprise fintech clients, engineering teams, and business stakeholders.
Alongside enterprise leadership, I have delivered practical AI initiatives including financial document extraction, signature authority extraction, enterprise workflow automation, and Voice AI proof of concepts. My experience spans AI strategy, LLM integration, solution architecture, and enterprise adoption aligned with GDPR, KVKK, and the EU AI Act.
Earlier in my career, I led enterprise technology initiatives at Roche and Yum! Brands and co-founded a U.S.-based fintech company, serving as CTO from product conception through production and growth.
My expertise combines executive leadership with hands-on engineering across enterprise architecture, AI, cloud-native platforms, business systems, and technology strategy. The Challenge: Define, architect, and deliver a scalable gig-economy marketplace from concept (Greenfield) to a fully operational US business, ensuring strict IRS compliance and secure payments.
