These Terms govern your use of DecisionLedger (“the App”). The App is developed and managed by an individual developer, Mehmet Egemen Pembe (“I”, “me”, “we”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the App or attempt to access its code or data in unauthorized ways.

2. Local Data Storage

The App stores data only on your device. You are responsible for managing, backing up, or exporting your data if needed.

3. Accuracy of Data

The App provides decision logging and analytics based on your entries. The accuracy of insights depends entirely on the data you enter. I do not guarantee that any calculations, analytics, trends, or reports are error-free or suitable for decision-making purposes.

4. No Warranty

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. I do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or bug-free performance. You use the App at your own risk.

5. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided for informational purposes only. I am not responsible for decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from the use of the App. I am not liable for loss of data, lost productivity, or other damages. Your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the App.

6. Subscription Terms

DecisionLedger Pro is an auto-renewable subscription that unlocks advanced analytics and long-term insights.

Payment & Auto-Renewal:

• Payment will be charged to your App Store account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Subscription pricing may vary by region and platform.

Management & Cancellation:

• You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.

7. Third-Party Libraries

The App uses open-source libraries. These components are provided under their respective licenses. They do not receive your personal data.

8. Changes to the App

I may update or modify the App at any time, including adding, removing, or changing features.

9. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. I may discontinue the App or restrict access if necessary for maintenance or updates.

10. Changes to These Terms

I may update these Terms. Any changes will appear at this URL. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
