The first mobile-enabled, web-based CRM application in Roche was designed and developed to support field operations seamlessly across mobile devices and notebook computers. Built from the ground up, this pioneering solution empowered Roche representatives to access and update critical CRM data on the go, significantly improving efficiency and responsiveness in the field.
The project was selected as Roche’s Global Innovation of the Year and was showcased to 60 Roche CEOs during the Roche Entrepreneurship Summit in Zurich through a dedicated short film. Its success not only marked a technological milestone but also positioned the initiative as a blueprint for mobile-first CRM solutions across the organization.
