“Otomasyon” was designed and developed as a centralized ERP, Finance, and CRM solution tailored to the operational needs of TNS Piar. The project aimed to unify business workflows under one integrated platform—streamlining finance, project tracking, and customer relationship processes.
The system was developed with a strong focus on adaptability. While the technical backbone was being built, ongoing collaboration with stakeholders at all levels was maintained to gather evolving, real-world requirements. This ensured the solution grew organically with the company’s day-to-day needs, resulting in a dynamic and “living” platform.
